Hello list I am not sure if I asked this previously. After setting up a new iPad mini 5 only a few apps open. When highliting some apps voiceovr says "loading" and some say "waiting" but when I double tap I get the message that I must try later. I am not near the iStore where I purchased the mini so I hope someone can suggest a solution. I did a reset, I signed out with my apple ID, I tried to setup connecting to a pc but none of these solves the problem. Regards Fanus
