Hello Richard Yes, this is the strange side. I downloaded Audible, Kindle, Playgrounds and a few others from the app store. All apps which I downloadd do work. It is just most of the built-in apps which refuse to download and open.

This sounds like something is up with your internet connection. Or, there is an issue with the wifi antenna in the iPad.
