Part of the reason I prefer to go through Apple Accessibility is that you do not have to go through the bloody stupid computer who says it can understand full sentences, which maybe it can, but you have to go through many steps before getting a human. While calling Accessibility, you get a human fairly easily, and if you have to hold, you can choose silence, instead of the poor quality music.
