I would also recommend the JAWS webinar. I listened to the audio file and read over the documents, and learned a lot. Note, though it is presented using JAWS, Teams has lots of accessibility and keyboard support. The help messages that JAWS spoke were built-in Teams messages, meaning you should be able to use it with any screen reader. The iOS interface may be different, but the concepts are similar. And yes, you can join meetings via the Team iOS app. Some of my department members have done that very thing. They've also reported their audio sounded great on the mobile app. Now all Freedom Scientific webinars are free.
