Hi Raul,
Unfortunately I don't have a complete answer, but I have also had the
sync services error happening sometimes when I connect and other times
not. It started with ITunes 10.7 for me, but I have found google
results Apple Forum discussions that say this goes way back to about
the beginning of time as far as the IPhone and ITunes goes. I read
some posts that some people had some luck with repairing ITunes and
others deleted or renamed the Sync Services folder and let ITunes
recreate it in the account upon launch. In Windows 7 it is under
\users\user name\AppData\... and then Apple Computers . I'm sorry, I
don't think I have the exact path right, but it is easy to find
browsing around there. You have to type in \users\user name\AppData
though in the run box where user name is the user name of the account
on the machine because if you stop short of typing the \AppData part
you won't ever get it to show what you need to browse to. That may or
may not be true for you.
