I do have a problem with contacts disappearing. I’ve had an iPhone since 2012 and so I think I know how to add contacts either manually or from a call or text that I receive, however it seems that sometimes when I do this, especially since the advent of iOS 13 my contacts seem to be disappearing at random intervals.
