Hi, thanks to both, interesting that you've had similar problems. Richard, I don't have access to physical sighted assistance at the moment because of the lockdown, but I think my problem may be slightly different: The duplicate folder names are not adjacent to each other, but spread throughout the very long list at more or less regular intervals in a sequence. I can move through the list using a three-finger swipe, and if i do a three-finger single tap, VoiceOver will say something like "items 95 to 99 of 322", reflecting the extent to which I've swiped through the list. This leads me to think that the folder names are actually visible in my case, as opposed to mere figments of VoiceOver's imagination: You're definitely right to counsel caution, and I'll contact Winston and wait for the response before doing anything rash. I'll report back to the list, if you're interested. Best, Nicky
