Well, your instructions worked, but it is kind of a work around.  It would be 
better if I could get my photos to be automatically sent to my PC from my phone 
without having to plug it in to the computer and go through all those steps.

I have iCloud photos folder on my PC, and it used to be that any picture I took 
would be sent to that folder in just seconds without plugging in the phone to 
the computer.
Pramit gave me some steps to try, so will see if that will work.  If not, I 
will use your directions.
