Hi Pramit: Well, I started with your first instruction. For one thing, when I go into ‘photos’ in the iCloud app, I don’t see any mention of ‘my photo library’. I do see ‘my photo stream’ and that is turned on.
Also, when I go to sign out, it says to sign out to turn off ‘find my phone’. Is this the right way to sign out? When I open the iCloud app on my PC, I can’t find an option to sign out. How do I sign out of the app on my PC? Right after I got my desktop back from the computer store, I had to sign in to iCloud right away. Also, when I open the iCloud app on the PC, I can see all the buttons for mail, calendar, photos, etc., but when I enter on the photo's button, nothing happens. I am using JAWS 2020 and Windows 10.
