Hi Holly, Just plug your iPhone into your PC's USB port with your data / charge cable. You will get a dialogue that'll pop-up on your iPhone asking about trusting this device and you should get a dialogue on the computer stating it's setting up the iPhone...., so give the iPhone the okie dokie, and if you go to This PC / list of drives, on my computer anyways, it's shows as, Apple iPhone , in the list of drives and folders.
Press enter on your iPhone icon and you should see a folder called, Internal Storage, press enter. Now you should see a folder called, DCIM, press enter to open this bad boy up. In here you might have 1 or more sub-folders, but you can open each of them to view your pictures or whatever, I say whatever because my DCIM folder is empty, but I save the pictures from my wife's iPhone this way. Now just copy and paste these folders or content to whatever folder on your computer. Take care. Mike. Hi List: I just got my PC back from having a new solid state hard drive installed, along with a new video card. I am running Windows 10 and have an iPhone 7. I don't take many pictures, so not sure if this is a new problem or not, but I am not able to get the pics on my iPhone to sync to my iCloud photos on my PC. I did a Google search and tried every suggestion, as far as settings on the phone and PC are concerned, but still no luck. The photos are showing up when I open the iCloud app on the PC, so I know they are there. Just can't get them to sync to the iCloud photo folder. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
