From the research I've done, most of these chargers which work with iPhones are 18W USB C adapters and use a USB C to lightning cable that usually must be bought separately. I purchased an Anker 18W fast charger and Anker 6 foot USB C to lightning cable from Amazon today but it will be a few days before I receive them and I'll let you know how it works. Most of the marketing hype included with the product descriptions of these fast chargers say they can charge an iPhone to 50% within 30 minutes. I'll let you know my results after I've used it. The combined cost for the charger ($18) and the cable ($15) was $33.
