Usually if you click on the button to purchase it, it'll come up & ask you if
you'd like to restore purchases. I'm not sure on downcast though. I know that
this is the way that @ bat worked. I had to uninstall it earlier in the season
for one reason or another & this is how I took care of the issue. Perhaps
someone on the list'll have a better idea than I.

A bit further. If the app is not working for you at all. I'd suggest
uninstalling the app & reinstalling it, make sure you click on restore
purchases when you do reinstall it so as not to have to pay for it again. Give
this a shot & give us a full report on whether or not you can once again hear
audio.

Although I can use the app, it still goes away when the phone goes in to
screen-lock mode. When I go to home, as well. If I shut voice-over off it stays
longer but still goes away after about 20 minutes. A possible work-around is
to listen to the play-off's on ESPN radio through that app.
