One interesting app you can look at that is free is Navilense. I hope

labeling solution. You print the labels yourself. You can use the
sheets you purchased for Digit-Eyes. They are a unique system
designed to work for the visually impaired. I must admit they worked
very well for me. They are designed for the phone to pick up the
label by the camera and do it easily, quickly and even from long
distances.
they just came out with a second pack of free labels. So perhaps
this might be a good solution.
I’d love a NFC solution like Way Around to have an audio labeling
option and maybe an option for use of less expensive third party NFC
tags.
