Hi, My preferred method is to add the music to the iTunes library and sync the device with iTunes making sure that you have either checked sync all music, or at least the music you wish to have on your device is checked.
Some people use a program called WAlTR2. But, since it cannot do anything without iTunes installed, I choose to use iTunes. You could also put the music on DropBox and play it that way, but you won’t have it as part of your music library on your phone.
