Hello, I tried the One Touch Camera and One Touch Video apps, they are separate from one another and there is also an One Touch Voice Recordings app; as Rob suggested, look in the app store if you want a more detailed description and if you search the archives you should also find those posts from a couple of months ago.
One thing I thought I should add when it comes to taking the picture or starting the video you can also use the headset and you can press the middle button of the remote, if you are in the camera app it will either take the picture or start/stop video depending on whether you have the mode set to Photos or Video. This would be the same button on the remote you press to answer/hang up a call or start/pause audio. By using the headset you can hold the camera and you don't have to touch it at all hence no chance for movement.
