You can record video until your iPhone's capacity is full, i.e. if you have an iPhone 4S or 5 64 Gig and you have no apps on there you can take 57 or whatever Gigabytes of video, I assume that would be many many hours. If you have a smaller iPhone and it's filled with music and other stuff except maybe for 1 or 2 Gig then you can only record 1 or 2 Gig of video.
