Deidre, I am glad it is going back, and hopefully will be replaced.  I don't 
know if you read it, but the first day you got it and told us about all the 
problems you were having, I speculated that there was something wrong with it. 
Everybody else who has gotten one of those phones has liked it and seemed to 
have few problems with it. I never thought the problem was you.

testing with voiceover on and voiceover off are two different animals. Whether 
they’ll see I’ll be able to determine what the real issue is even if they’re 
not familiar with how to use voiceover. Is  there an obvious answer to this 
question.
