Deidre, I am glad it is going back, and hopefully will be replaced. I don't know if you read it, but the first day you got it and told us about all the problems you were having, I speculated that there was something wrong with it. Everybody else who has gotten one of those phones has liked it and seemed to have few problems with it. I never thought the problem was you.
