Hi, Yea, I have a friend here in Florida who has been struck 5 times. He is like a lightening magnet! When a thunder storm is near, he does not stay near us if we are outside. Lightening here is a real problem that we all take seriously. That is why it is so important to be able to get any kind of warning if there is a lightening strike anywhere within say 30 miles or so. These storms can move 40 to 50 MPH so it does not take long till it is on us. Our public schools are told that if there is one lightening flash within 30 miles, they must hold the students inside for an additional 30 minutes till they can be dismissed or go outside. We need apps that will give us any advanced warning. -Steve
