The old SIRI prior to iOS 13 was based on snippets of human speech, the new SIRI voice is synthetic and much better. Of course if Apple ever offered Eloquence on the iPhone I'd be a happy man. When it come sto the computer I couldn't care less about human sounding voices, I need a synthetic voice which can run fast and still be understood and there is few better than Eloquence when it comes to that.
