I don't get a 5% alert on my phone, but I do on my mini IPad. I'm thinking that because the SE2020 is locked more than the other devices, that may be why I'm not getting the alerts.

There is no alert at 5% unlocked or not and nothing you can do in Settings will change or prevent the 20% and 10% alerts.
