Apple is lagging far far behind of Android here, the most cheap huawei
phones do have very good stereo recorders for audio into their phones.
Please do all write Apple about this, don't think others will do it do it
yourself and DO IT NOW!

I believe this is a feature in iOS 14. I'm not sure which iPhones have
stereo microphones, so I don't know whether I can test it though.
