Hi Richard and all, I confirmed that while in Camera settings on my new sE there's a control for turning stereo recording on or off, there isn't in Voice Memos settings in the beta. So it doesn't look like they're planning to include stereo recording for Voice Memos, though of course, they could add it later. I have submitted feedback asking for it, and I encourage anyone who would like the feature to contact Apple Accessibility.
