Sadly, that was my only op[tion, to completely erase the watch and then 
download the update. Unless somebody has a better idea…

Subject: Can't Upgrade apple Watch Series 3

 

OK. It says I’m about a half gig short of the space required for the update. I 
have deleted all 3rd party apps, I have no songs, pictures etc. I’ve deleted 
every app that Apple says I can delete from the native apps. I’m still the same 
amount short for the install. If I have even less than Apple provided on my 
watch, how I can I get to less than this long enough to install the update? I 
hate to completely erase the watch.
