It has not been updated since 2015.
The developer web site no longer exists.
It does not work under iOS 14.
Time to say goodbye to Chime.
I do not know of a good alternative, maybe someone else does.

Hello, I have been using Chime with my 6s. Is there a good App that
will announce the time every 15 minutes via voice? Chime seems to not want to
announce. I loved Timely in the past but it hasn't been updated Andy and
