I think screen size is a matter of preference, and just because one blind person doesn't see a use for a larger screen doesn't mean there won't be other blind people who would prefer it. I have an iPhone 7 from my employer and my own phone is an iPhone 11. I prefer the iPhone 11 for several reasons, but one of them is definitely the larger screen size. I find it easier when exploring the screen and using the braille screen input is much easier, at least in my opinion.
