It's weird that the app's no longer showing. Are you in the US? I'd reach out to Nautilus to get clarification on Bluetooth access. I believe you can also connect the treadmill to other apps like MyFitnessPal and Run Social, but I really don't use those services so can't comment on their level of accessibility and how much info you can access through them. Otherwise, I'd make a stink to Nautilus about that.
