I would encourage you to reach out to them. [email protected] Honestly, I've never really bothered looking in the app store again, since the NautilusTrainer-2 app's always worked for me. It could be that they've abandoned it, but even looking at 2020 reviews for the treadmill, it's still touting the NautilusTrainer-2 app. It could be that they rolled it into some other iOS app. Either way, it would be good to get some clarity from them and their future plans for iOS connectivity support. Those other apps are subscription based and who wants to pay extra anyway? I'll be reaching out to them as well. As far as the treadmill itself, you'll like it. I don't know your particular needs, but I'm 6-2 235 lbs and it puts up with my pounding quite well. The 60 inch long deck is nice so I don’t' have to worry about accidentally clipping the back edge with my stride. There are control buttons on the hand rails which are super convenient and the different levels have big tactile buttons that are easy to access and press when you may be jogging or in a sprint.
