Karen, Do you have an email account on your phone?
Or, another phone numer?
Then you can forward the text messages.

"He that cannot forgive others breaks the bridge over which he must pass
himself,” and we forget that only grace can break the cycle of ancient hatreds
among peoples. (It is notable that while I have regretted not granting grace to
others, I’ve never once regretted extending it.)" - Edward Herbert

Oh, my goodness. I seem to remember that a message could just be forwarded to
an email or another phone, either one. How frustrating!

This is something that I really wish Apple would give us a way of doing. There
is not any easy way that I know of.

It really depends on if this is just to keep for your records, or if this is
something you want to read in the future.

The only way of actually copying a text message conversation with dates and
times and everything, is by doing a screen shot. Of coarse this just takes a
picture of what is on the screen. You then have to get the picture to your
computer. This possibly could be done by email, or by sending it to a cloud
service like Dropbox or Google Drive that you have on your phone and computer.

But then the only way of reading it is by using an ocr program. Like I said,
there is not a simple way of getting this done.
