I understood the question related to the chat function within Zoom and not whether one could chat with others. The chat function for clarity is where one can write notes to others within the meeting. When voiceover is turned on, because this is read out it interferes with listening to the speaker or perhaps I should say, it would interfere whilst chatting with others within such meetings whether these be bible studies or any other meeting of people. As I said previously, I've constantly heard when in large meetings anyone entering or leaving the meeting room which again gets in the way of hearing who is speaking. One can turn voiceover off but then this doesn't allow access to any of the functions others have access to when in the meeting. I hope that is clear to understand.
