Hi Mark, I'm wondering if your back up issue for your phone is simply a 64 bit issue as your OS and iTunes are 32 bit,
And that doesn't work in most cases. So, I went to apple.com/itunes and, to my surprise, there does not appear to be a 32-bit version of iTunes 12.7 available. Have I waited too long to update? The only older versions of iTunes I can find on that particular site are versions older than 12.6 and all appear to be 64-bit only. So, I have two questions: 1. What is the latest version of iTunes for Windows? Keep in mind that I do not have access to the Microsoft store on a Windows 7, 32-bit PC. 2. Does anyone know from where I may download the latest 32-bit version of iTunes for Windows 7? Is anyone running a version of iTunes for Windows that allows for backing up iOS / iPad OS running versions of the operating system that are at least 13.x or higher, that was not downloaded from the Microsoft Store?
