Hi All, Okay, I have had my new iPhone for about 3 and a half weeks. More often than not, I cannot get Face I.D to work. Sometimes it works when I do not expect it to do so, other times, it's just the opposite. I cannot consistently create situations where I can identify what my issue is with this feature. I have had a few discussions with Apple Accessibility. I have removed and reset up Face ID, I even removed my app settings before setting up Face I.D. The problem persists. So my questions are these. For those of you using Face I.D, on a percentage basis, how often would you say that Face I.D works for you. Second question, if it works the majority of the time, what method did you use to bring this about? Thanks for the assist on this one.
