Did you try asking Siri to turn it off and then back on? Alternatively click
the button with the ring around it 3 times. If nothing happens click it 3 times
again and see if voice comes back. None of this works call apple accessibility.
They are pretty good at diagnosing Apple TV. Hope This helps.

Hi all,
I turned my Apple TV on, having not used it for a few weeks, and I have no
speech at all. I’m fairly sure VoiceOver itself is running, judging by the
sounds, but without speech I can’t go into the settings and sort it out. I’ve
tried asking Siri to turn speech off and then turn speech on, but to no avail
so far.
Does anyone have any tips for solving this problem without sighted assistance,
or will I have to do a factory reset?
Many thanks in advance,
Nicky
