I agree and it is a mystery and even frustrating that we can't seem to get people on this list to stop recommending it like it is a supported feature or something. The way people on this list push that method and if you were a new person or didn't know, you would think it was an official Apple "command". Here's wishing everyone who uses that and knows it is not supported gets corrupt data every time!
