Sure, place your Airpod Pro's in their case. Open the case without taking out the Airpod Pro's. Hold the round button in for about ten seconds to place them in pairing mode.
Now, on your Android phone, go into Settings -> Connectivity -> Bluetooth and look for your Airpod Pro's. You may need to double tap on the scan button at the top before they'll show up.
