The answer to this question is extremely subjective. while the 13 inch iPad Pro is definitely the superior piece of hardware, the question comes down to which platform are you most comfortable using. if you're a diehard windows and JAWS user, then the answer is obvious. if you're comfortable using voiceover and don't have a problem with the limitations of the iOS environment, then you have a choice to make. The recommendations of others have nothing to do with what is the best choice for you. That's a decision you must make on your own.
