Well Simon, if you make up your mind based on a handful of reports of difficulty with a new product then you may find you cut yourself out of a possitive experience. Some of the issues, at least for me, were user error. But, given the cost in NZ, I certinly would not buy them without an absolute guarantee that I could get a full refund. But don't judge them by a few people's troubles. I've had far less issues with these than with some computers that cost twice as much, etc.
