The guy even said to me “just plug it in” when I was trying to describe the charging issue, if I wanted to do that and I liked that option I wouldn’t have even brought it up. Very frustrating to say the least especially as the charging issue wasn’t disclosed when I bought my phone, it is apparently very common with Iphone 12’s and I’m told to “just plug it in”. Really?
