In the past, my phone would display the telephone keypad whenever I received a call. Lately, however, the keypad is no longer displayed when I receive calls. I really don't know when this began happening. It's a real problem whenever I get a call that requires a numeric response such as confirming a doctor's appointment etc. I've looked all through settings but I can't find anything that would let me display the keypad during a call. Does anyone know how or if I can return things back to the way they were? If not, how are others handling this situation? As always, any help is greatly appreciated. Stay well.
