You have to listen through the version number to where it will tell you the time, etc. For me, it is always the first item on that software update screen. Once it finishes the download and starts preparing the update, I've never found a time, or even thought about the time as it varies depending on your phone processor. I just wait until it finishes or pops up a dialog where I have to hit Install; but if you do nothing, it just installs.
