The iPhone is a 12 Pro Max. The strange thing is if I search for an app on the App Store it’ll download fine.
It is the apps that were on the iPhone XR that are all stuck on 55%. IOS updated itself and all other data is transferred. The phone has internet connectivity as I’m sending this message from it.
