Then I recommend you set aside the (what seems to be emotional aspect) of this decision and consider what you already indicated and that is you would likely not use it. So, if you really believe you would not use the iPad Mini, then save your money. If you just sold an iPad because you did not use it, then it is unlikely you will feel any different after a while of using the iPad Mini. In fact I would say go have a look at one, walk away for a few days if not a week, and then consider whether you would want one then or if nothing else, go bak and have another look.
