Hello technically the tempos have what you specified that you were looking for 
as far as the microphone microphones are really great and I have to disagree on 
the sensor thing because the sensors are also present here to the S they may 
not be mentioned in the specs but that’s also there as well they’re heavily 
constructed I love my pair and the battery lasts a whole lot longer I like the 
cable that it came with it’s a regular USB see cable not the magnet type. The 
audio is much clearer and you can totally hear your surroundings and I have to 
agree I do love the polarized lenses as well. If you have any questions feel
