Hi, Hmmmmmm that is strange. Try reinstalling the app maybe? Remember that you will have to have your Amazon sign-in info to get back in. You won’t lose any of your data on Alexa or anything if you do this. Also maybe even before that, restart your phone? Is this the only App it is doing thi to?
