I verry rarely touch the remote for my actual tv now, Everything I do is with the apple tv remote, The tv turns on and or off with this new remote And the accessibility is fantastic Infact the second gen siri remote is great I haven't touched the 1st gen remote in the time I've had the 2nd gen.
