Hi, I have a friend who has what I believe is a corrupted Amazon app. When she 
opens the app voice over will not read, though on her iPad Mini it is fine. She 
has turned her iPhone 12 with latest IOS off and back on 4 times, closed the 
app on the app switcher about 3 times and uninstalled/deleted the app 4 times. 
How can she get a clean copy of the Amazon app. I figure each time she deletes 
and reinstalls the app it is the same app. Any thoughts or help is appreciated.
