Yes, basically similar to the Voiceover practice area in Voiceover settings except that as Malcolm said, it will close help again the first time you get it right, in the Voiceover practice area you can try it in different way to figure out which one suits you the best. And you can continue to practice until you are satisfied and then exit manually.
