When it says get, without a price then it's free, but if it says something like "$1.99" then that's how much it'll cost to purchase. Also, when you get the list of games in the email there's usually a link to click on to review all of its information. Typically if a game doesn't say it's accessible with voice over then I try to read the reviews to see if a user mentions it, but if not then it's a pretty good bet that it's not accessible.
