I have never known voicemails to come through the speakers. I only hear them in the ear piece. I have never heard of a way to get them in the speaker. If there is a way, I know someone will chime in. I rarely get a voicemail, but yesterday I did get one and when I tried to play it nothing would come through the speakers. I was able to read the voicemail using the transcription service, but would someone please tell me what setting I need to change to get the voicemails to come through the speakers again?
