Hi everyone, I have heard that the iPhone and other step-counting hardware adds steps if one taps one’s feet or uses a keyboard. If so, how can you hope to get a reasonably accurate step count or measurement of distance walked? I would appreciate advice on whether the iPhone adds steps wen the body makes movements other than walking. I would also appreciate recommendations for apps or other hardware that can give an accurate step count or distance walked measure. Thanks for any suggestions you can give.
