The fact remains that it seems the choices in that section don't necessarily do what they claim to do. I don't use Braille so while I think if Speak and Braille are selected, the "Actions Available" message is spoken, if only speak is selected it is not and if only Play Sound is selected the sound does not play.

Under this category you have the option to Play a Sound. If selected then the sound you have recorded will play. I have mine set to: Actions, Speak, Braille. Hope this helps.
